Coach Bobby's journey is a testament to his dedication and love for baseball. Growing up in St. Charles, he honed his skills on the local fields and made a mark as a key player on the St. Charles North team that finished second in the state in 2019. After graduating, he continued his baseball career at Waubonsee Community College, where his path took an exciting turn. It was during his time at Waubonsee that Bobby discovered his true calling in coaching with Triboh Baseball.

His coaching career started with a 14u team, and his enthusiasm and effectiveness quickly led him to take on the roles of head coach for 13u and 15u teams in his second season. Since 2022, Bobby has been the lead catching instructor for Triboh Baseball, where his passion for coaching shines through.

In 2024, Bobby took a significant step by purchasing Elite Sports and Triboh Baseball, with a vision to further enhance the development and growth of young athletes. Through his leadership, the facility and travel program continue to provide invaluable opportunities for athletes to reach their full potential.

Coach Bobby's passion for catching instruction is a cornerstone of his coaching philosophy. He thrives on working with catchers of all ages, dedicating himself to helping them develop their skills behind the plate. His enthusiasm for this specialized role is evident in his detailed approach to training, focusing on everything from the fundamentals to advanced techniques. Bobby's commitment to catching instruction not only enhances individual players' performances but also contributes to the overall success of the teams he coaches.
